Fixed Fee for Employment Law Services
Wherever possible, we seek to offer a range of fixed fees for Employment Law matters. We expect that we can complete the specific matters described below at the fixed fee mentioned below. This fixed fee arrangement is based on simple matters, not involving lengthy negotiations. In the event that fixed fees are not appropriate for your matter, we will let you know in advance.

|Executive Employment Contract||$1,200|
^ Stage 1 includes taking instructions, reviewing relevant documents, providing initial advice, drafting claim or defence, attending at conciliation conference. For work outside of this scope, our standard set fees will apply.
The above fixed fees are exclusive of GST and disbursements.
